I'm so excited to see this group! I did my first workout this morning before I saw this. I just had a baby 10 wks ago and am excited to get my body back! I've already lost 34lbs from the last day I was pregnant to today! I will definitely need the support to finish these 30 days and am excited to see the results!

By the way, Jillian now says NOT to do the DVD every single day, but rather to do it 3 or 4 days in a row, then take a one-day break, then back to 3 or 4 days in a row, then a one-day break, etc. This will be great!0 -
