So I just bought a scale today and I'm weighing in at 137.2. I can't wait to shed these 10 lbs!!0

This is perfect for me! I will be on holiday in Portugal 5 weeks today and really need to lose 10 pounds by then, so this group will give me the added motivation to do it. I am motivated - but any tips or easy exercise ideas I can do at home would be appreciated - do walking although so fed up of the constant rain haven't done that much this week. Have a stepper and try to get that out when I can in the evenings. Oh yes I weighed in today at 171lbs.
I just started today doing the 30 Day Shred dvd. I've seen great results posted in here! Excellent for some toning.0 -

A friend of mine sent me a picture today with the caption "No Matter who you are, No matter what you do. You absolutely, positively do the the POWER to CHANGE". We all have the power, craving, strength, and attitude to lose this unwanted weight. Just imagine at our final weigh in how much weight we all have lost together. Hope everyone has a good week and stay focused on the small picture at the moment that will lead us all the BIG picture at the end of our journey. Happy Monday ladies.0

Still same weight today..only lost half a pound this week, but stuff has got in the way and iv not exercised or eaten good so my fault

Current weight as of today is 163.4. Thanks for starting this group. I need a push.
Today I'm 156 lbs at 5'10"...yeah that's 6.6 lbs in a week with a whole body fat percentage point dropped, down to 24% And no it's not water weight as I've been eating this way since January 2012. The first 8 lbs in the first week eating this way was water weight. I'm a fat-burning machine running on 60% fat, 20% carbs, and 20% protein. That's how I roll.0 -

i don't understand how you lose 2 pound and more this week! i make exercice i eat my 1200 caloroies...and i'm drop down of only 1.8 pounds!!!

I think it just depends on the body. last week i didnt lose anything. i walked 2 1/4 miles every day, ate the fewer calories and nothing and then out of no where monday i started going down and went down steady until today when i checked i am the same as i was on wednesday.0 -

i check at my goal and my projected weight lost is 1.3 pounds/ a weeks....so that's okay! i don't want to eat less than 1200 calories a day!0
