Confession: I was too lazy to make anything for lunch today and just had a cup of frosted shredded wheat and 1% milk.
I'm getting ready for the carb-o-coaster of blood sugar! Bad me...

    I miss cereal a lot. Just something sweet and cold in the morning is so refreshing. Though it in no way satisfies me like a keto breakfast, and I'm snacking all the way to lunch.

    anyway, not sure where to post this, just started dehydrating kale to make kale chips. They are stinking up the house. Moved the dehydrator outside. Is that normal?
  • Just get back on the saddle. Don't use this as an excuse to have a bad day or a bad week. Expect water weight gain as you are upping your glucose levels and that will make you retain water. Keep on ketoing and you should be back down by tomorrow or the next day.
