Today I finished Day 6 of 30DS, but I'm taking occasional rest days so I should finish up around the first week of August.

Started 30DS on July 8th, and am doing it every other day, and counting calories.
My goal is to be at 174 lbs or less, because that will bring me from the obese to the overweight category of BMI. I've read many studies that suggest the most harmful effects of obesity (high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, etc.) drop off for those who are overweight, and not obese. So, . . . . 15.4 lbs. to overweight, here I go!0 -

Yay! Lost 4 pounds (I think it’s because I tracked what I was eating before starting and didn’t realize I was eating close to 3000 calories a day! Now I’m averaging 1500/day along with shredding) Still not eating fully what I would call healthy, but I have made small changes and know they will add up. Baby steps might be the way to go for me nutrition-wise. Love seeing the change in my thighs. I can’t wait for them to not rub together….:laugh:
Edited because I don't know why my ticker isn't saying 4 pounds lost! I added it today, but shouldn't it start with my starting weight. I earned those 4 pounds...grrr.0 -
