    I started on July 5th and I'm only on day 2 and tomorrow is a rest day for me. So I won't be that far ahead.

    Ok not a huge difference but its something and for 10 days I'm happy to see things move.

    I forgot to put my day 10 measurements yesterday, so here they are.

    SW: 154
    CW: 153

    Waist (at narrow part) - 27 > same
    Waist (at naval) - 29 > 28.5
    Hips (at hip bones) - 35 > 34.25 = -.75
    Hips(widest part) - 42 > 41.5 = -.5
    Left Thigh - 24.5 > same
    Right Thigh -24.5 > 24 = -.5
    Left Arm - 12 > same
    Right Arm -12 > same
    Chest (above breasts) - 33.5 >33 = -.5

    Took new measurements on Day 20! Here's all of my measurements together.The first number is day 1, second number is day 10, and third number is day 20:

    Hips: 47---->46.5---->45.5
    Arms: 14.95---->14.5---->14.25
    Thighs: 29---->26.9---->26.3
    Calves: 16.9---->16.75----16.6
    Bust: 44.75---->43.75---->43.65

    Adding all those up gives me 9" - I'm not sure if that's how it's done since I have two arms and legs, but only measured on each. :bigsmile:

    Great job everyone! Here's my numbers. I'm going to only post my starting measurements and ending measurements in inches (first measurement is beginning, second is final):

    SW: 220.4
    CW: 208.4

    Waist: 42 ---> 40.75
    Hips: 47 ---> 44.75
    Arms: 14.95 ---> 14.25
    Thighs: 29 ---> 25.9
    Calves: 16.9 ---> 16.6
    Bust: 44.75 ---> 42.75

    I lost 12 lbs. and quite a few inches. So proud of myself! Proud of everyone else too for seeing this through, such a huge accomplishment. I haven't stopped; I'm on day 2 of Ripped in 30!     Not the most drastic results but results nonetheless. I feel better and my body is much firmer. I think I'm going to try Yoga Meltdown.
