Great job everyone! Here's my numbers. I'm going to only post my starting measurements and ending measurements in inches (first measurement is beginning, second is final):
SW: 220.4
CW: 208.4
Waist: 42 ---> 40.75
Hips: 47 ---> 44.75
Arms: 14.95 ---> 14.25
Thighs: 29 ---> 25.9
Calves: 16.9 ---> 16.6
Bust: 44.75 ---> 42.75
I lost 12 lbs. and quite a few inches. So proud of myself! Proud of everyone else too for seeing this through, such a huge accomplishment. I haven't stopped; I'm on day 2 of Ripped in 30! Not the most drastic results but results nonetheless. I feel better and my body is much firmer. I think I'm going to try Yoga Meltdown.0
