i check at my goal and my projected weight lost is 1.3 pounds/ a weeks....so that's okay! i don't want to eat less than 1200 calories a day!
I typically eat between 1200-1500 everyday. I'm not really working out right now, but when I do, I'll up my calories to match accordingly. My diet is different than most though.0 -

This morning I could hardly believe what I was seeing. I weighed myself twice just to make sure. I then used the scale at the community center to check my home scale results.
222.6 Lbs.
Down 5.4 pounds from last Friday.

dont feel bad, i can improve so much. im not giving 100% like i should....at least you are looking at things honetly, for ones that are smaller like you, (and maybe me), it takes soo much more just to lose one pound, then those that are heavier. dont give up! b.c im trying not too0 -

You are absolutely right. Thank you. I need to be as dedicated by Wednesday as I am on Monday. Consistency is the only way to get the scale to move down. Time to pull my s*** together and give it 100%.0 -

okay i exercise alot this past week and eat under my cal goal..but i eat not a stupid lilamount, so it al balances out uno... yet weigh day..and instead of loosing ne weight ive gained

This morning, I was SOO excited! 115! This is a weight I actually saw before I got pregnant, so I know I can take it from here. My clothes still don't fit since it's all belly fat this time, but that's why I'm still working. I need to check the inches again.

Starting Weight was 228 back on the 6th of July.
First weigh-in 222.6 on the 13th.
Second week Weigh-in 218.2 today.
9.8 pounds dropped.
.2 away from goal.
Hopefully every week will be like these past two, but I know from experience that I do this for 2 or 3 weeks and then hold steady for a few weeks. Congratulations to everybody who has lost weight these past 2 weeks. Even if it is not as much as you would have hoped for. And those who have not hit their weekly goals, good on ya for trying, many simply give up and never see the positive changes. Keep at it, it will eventually go your way if you keep working at it.0 -

hey! how much calories do you eat ??? if it's under 1200 calories it's REALLY bad your weinght gonnna go down after high you play yo-yo with your body!
