Hi, not exactly a newbie but a lapsed counter lol. But, I'm back to it! Turning 60, keeping healthy and shedding some of the menopause gain is my goal. Still an avid gym goer, but now lifting and resistance training alongside cardio. No running for me now, but trying to do everything else instead.
