Hello fellow health enthusiasts!

I'm Traci, I'm a grandmother in my mid-fifties and determined to live my best life going forward. I have utilized MFP since Oct 2022 on a consistent basis, but I have been an on/off user for years. At this point, I have lost 11% of my starting weight and feeling GREAT and motivated. I have focused on managing my day by following the daily nutrition goals, the macro level of protein, fat, and carb breakdown (limiting carbs and increasing protein), and getting 30 minutes of exercise in 6 days a week (the bare minimum needed for good overall health and heart health!). I hope to continue to receive, and share, ideas, recipes, activity, and healthy ideas through the various MFP forums.
