I'm stuck teetering back and forth between 138 and 139, I did a three-day cleanse and it got me to I think 134 but it was just that one day after barely eating for 3 days. I went and saw a nutritionalist who was no help and I'm pretty sure shouldn't be qualified for that job, but oh well I tried. Ideas?
