Getting back on track

Well today I did my shake for breakfast and I did my snacks and my lunch and dinner and well I am not I taking enough calories. That is the trusting part for me getting my calories in and my Marcos to be what the should I could get one and not the other. :( hope everyone else is doing better
Day 2 wasn't so bad

My first day of tracking my food was a success. I got everything tracked, even the dinner I made by adding the recipe into the app (this feature was a lot more difficult in the past, tonight it seemed much easier).
