We are looking establish and start out with the following categories for this year’s goal group. They are...
- Fitness for strength building, weight training, and muscle development type goals.
- Weight Loss specifically for those looking to lose inches, body weight, or body fat.
- Nutrition for any changing diet habits or eating choices, trying new and healthier ingredients or recipes for things, and/or addressing the need to change diet to address anothr health concern like heart health, blood pressure, etc.
- Other Health Related for those making choices that affect their health but don't have to do with physical fitness or diet like smoking, walking more, mental/emotional health, etc.
- Consistency for those in any of these categories that are trying to be held accountable for the every day commitment that many of our goals take to become reality
