Hi, Going to give tracking my food and exercise another try. I did it for 3 weeks before and then stopped. I will see how it goes. It is fun to see exactly the calories and other nutrients too. Good luck to everyone else. One day at a time!
Monday starts a new challenge for week 3 of the Survivor Challenge. Participate in a local Group Exercise Class and answer three questions on SharePoint and get 200 points towards your 3600. Don't forget to go to SharePoint once you have logged into FitnessPal and answer a couple of questions to get your week 2 points.

For 200 points in the Survivor Challenge, complete your daily entry at myfitnesspal for 1 week. Missing one day is allowed. Jan. 16 - Jan 22. Verify by emailing HR and answering two questions: 1) did you make it 6 or 7 days, and 2) will you ever use a tracking tool like this again.
