I know that your suppose to have only 25g of sugar a day, but does that include sugar in fruit? I go over the amount of sugar allowed everyday because of apples, oranges, ect. Is that okay? Without fruit, i easily go under 25g, unless there was a specific reason for going over. (Party, special occasion, ect.)

Today is our first weigh-in Wednesday. Every week I will create a new post with the date so it's easier to find. Today is 2 days after my cleanse so I'm still gaining back a few lbs that I lost. But I'm at 128! :)
