So quiet?
Man, I've been gone for three weeks and still no posts? I'm back and ready to re-start.
Exercising!
Arghhh... looks like I am going to have to start exercising. I'm stuck at 10 lbs. It's great that I have lost this weight and keeping it off. I do like exercising but all this work travel makes it difficult. I hate doing treadmills and hotel gyms but looks like I have to. Anyone have tips for exercising when traveling?
2nd Week?
I was traveling this week so it was very difficult to try to be good. I still stayed under my count but did have a few drinks here and there. So far so good though!

1st week?
So how is everyone feeling after the first week? I do have to admit, I am hungry more often but I don't eat as much in one sitting as I used to.
