Sunday August 10th -Shred
This is my Day 12 I'm almost half way done! Completed for today I'm trying not to miss a day so I can be done by the 28th I've missed two days since I started but I still exercised those days.

Done Today
This is my Day 11 of my 30 DS and I am feeling full of energy and I'm able to get my workouts in prior to starting my day!
30DS Level 2 (doing it twice in one day)
So after 9 days on level 1 - last session this morning at 6am - I decided to give Level 2 go tonight yes people I did 30DS twice in one day! I'm a little behind
I just did level 1 day 1 and let me tell you I am way more out of shape then I thought. I'm not gonna lie it was rough, hopefully by the end of the 30 days it won't be so hard. Anyone else finding it harder then they had anticipated?
