I'm trying out an 800, I really wanna lose some weight before V-Day. I want to wear a dress and look and feel lovely about my self. Also if i try t stay in the lower end of the calories and i do go over i will still have a 200 calorie window that i am technically suppose to be on. The Doc says a 1000 calorie a day intake…
i finally got up and went to the gym this morning, hit the treadmill for an hour. I'm glad i did. I just wish i had it in me everyday. This is why i started the group. Sometimes i just need to hear" Just Do It"!!! get your lazy butt up and GO! if your like me than maybe we can help each other.
I;m looking for ways to get motivated and stay that way to form a new habit, any tips out there? Xx
