I just started taking a new brand of supplements. I was so excited about their probiotics...guess what? First ingredient: Skim milk. ARGH.
For those days I have to get my calorie count up. I have a no-bake recipe I'd already substituted coconut oil for butter, but need to see if I can find a good sugar substitute. I have agave syrup, but now I'm hearing negative things about it. But that's not related to dairy.

I need to explore more...mine is Follow Your Heart brand

He isn't colicky, but he has always been very gassy and he poops very green. What I've read seems to indicate that he is possibly sensitive to something in my diet, and dairy is the most likely…
Have any of you had any luck in finding a truly good dairy-free strawberry ice cream? Even when Tofutti makes "neopolitan" ice cream bars, they put wild raspberry flavor in them, not strawberry. Is it just impossible to make? Has anyone found a good one yet?
