Quick question, does this site track calories burned from weight training as it does for cardio exercises?

from what I can tell, I need to do something every day. I currently lift 3x's per week on stronglifts prog, so I increase weight everytime I complete a lift successfully. I want to run
I used to run when I was a teen, in track etc. Then I stopped. I wanted to do the C25K plan, tried it yesterday, and I hurt so bad from my knees to the top of my feet. Even walking fast hurts.
