Hello all! I hope everyone is still going at it! I just finished Day 3 of Level #1 and I feel stronger and stronger each day. Keep it up! and stay motivated!
Everybody post your starting weight and measurements so we can see how well we did at the end of the challenge.
Not sure if everyone already has this information for calories burned for level 1 of 30DS but here are the numbers I found. 503 calories/hr for a person weighing 154lbs. 503 into 154 = 3.23 calories times your weigh (??) and then divide by 3 for the 20 mins
