Needing this
I have never yo-yo dieted before, but it seems that I have been doing that for the past year & I'm ready to get this off for good. I had a bit of difficulty since I quit smoking almost a year ago. Now that I've kicked that bad habbit, I need to round out the healthy routine with my food as well....here I go!:happy:
anyone know a low impact version of circuit training?
I recently tried Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. In some ways I like it. Work like heck for 20 minutes and call it good. That said, my knees really don't like bouncing that much anymore (jogging in place, "jumping rope", jumping jacks, etc). So, I'm wondering if anyone in this group knows of a good circuit training type…
