Does anyone else find that doing your usual work out at that time of the month is approximately 10 x harder than normal? Or am I just being a sissy? :P Got any tips on how to push through that last 10 minutes? Or suggestions on making the whole work out easier?
It must be getting to that time again. My cycle is getting messed up. My period came a week early last month, like around the 24th in stead of the 30th. I don't know. I just want to roll into a ball and cry right now, for no apparent reason at all. :sad:
