not enough protein
i have fell off the track i had my surgery 9/26/11 my weight then was 247 i lost 75 pounds only to pick back up 20 i am so gulity of the sugar overload and trying to get back on the train

Do you count calories or just protein?
I was told by my nutritionist not to count calories, just protein. Since coming back to MFP about a month ago I have been counting calories because of the way the site is designed. I am not sure what would be an acceptable goal so I have been aiming for 1000 but usually going over a bit.
Any Struggles/Challenges
I know I struggle with the scale. For example, the last two days I have been stuck on the same number. I think I am obsessed with weighing everyday!
