SW- July 14: 147.8 lbs W1- July 21: 143.2 lbs W2- July 28: 141.4 lbs W3- Aug. 4: 140.8 lbs GW- Aug. 4: 144.0 lbs GW2- Aug. 4: 140.0 lbs Overall GW: ≤125.0 lbs Close enough for me to consider it goal achieved!! Thanks for the challenge. Refocusing back on logging really helped to make a difference for me.

SW- July 14: 147.8 lbs W1- July 21: 143.2 lbs GW- Aug. 4: 144.0 lbs GW2- Aug. 4: 140.0 lbs Overall GW: ≤125.0 lbs I've broken through my plateau and have passed up my goal weight for this challenge in the first week! This challenge certainly helped me to start logging everything again. Thank you!
