  • Hi everyone, new here :) I've been using MFP for about 2 years, but didn't realize there was a forum until a couple months ago and didn't look at groups until the last couple days. I've lost 75 lbs so far, but I've been stuck for the last month. Trying to up the activity (mostly walking/running -I've fallen in love with…
  • Well, not so helpful, but now I'm craving lemon squares too! I'd say if you really want one and can fit it into your calories, buy 1. Just one, or get more but give them away or put them somewhere you can't get at. That way you can fulfill the craving and stay on track :) Unless you're never planning on eating a lemon…
  • Are you being treated for the hypothyroid? If so and if your levels are normal, it shouldn't. Are they trying to seem more knowledgeable and spouting off cr*p or are they genuinely trying to be helpful. If their genuinely trying to be helpful, I'll take the time to educate and say "that's not quite how it…
  • I agree with what several other people said, (and to paraphrase) if you've lost anything in your band size (e.g. 38 to 36), you have actually lost some weight in your breasts. Or you could be like me and be forced to go from a 40DD to a (tight in the cups) 36G -_- Then you probably haven't lost much in them lol
