Well, not so helpful, but now I'm craving lemon squares too! I'd say if you really want one and can fit it into your calories, buy 1. Just one, or get more but give them away or put them somewhere you can't get at. That way you can fulfill the craving and stay on track :) Unless you're never planning on eating a lemon…

Are you being treated for the hypothyroid? If so and if your levels are normal, it shouldn't. It may affect it a little bit (edited to add - if your levels are still off, it may have a bit of an effect), but it shouldn't make too much of a difference where you're at. I'm a goner for the fiberone brownies (90 cal). They're tasty and baked goods, plus for a while I was having a lot of trouble getting my fiber high enough. I also really like berries (again high in fiber) and sugar snap peas as snacks. Also reduced fat string cheese. All are under 100 cal a serving :)

I think it depends who you're talking to. If you know them, you probably have a good idea of their personality. I agree with what several other people said, (and to paraphrase) if you've lost anything in your band size (e.g. 38 to 36), you have actually lost some weight in your breasts. Or you could be like me and be forced to go from a 40DD to a (tight in the cups) 36G -_- Then you probably haven't lost much in them lol
