Surely if bones were all the same size, we'd all be the same height? Why do i have great big man hands and my twin sister (only 2in shorter than me) has tiny hands even though we're the same size? I don't get it.

I'm 60lb down in about 6 months with only calorie deficit but I do need to firm up so I wish I'd done weights at the same time.
