My favourite thing to do regarding rice cakes is: 7 popcorn rice cakes + 1 container of FF Philadelphia cream cheese. Awesome !

I HIGHLY recommend 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with FF Jell-O Pudding Mix. Yesterday, I had 1 kg of Oikos GY & 1 package (32 g) of White Chocolate FF Jell-O for a HUGE thick (unbelievable !) bowl. The total came out to 671 calories with 97 g of protein ! You can obviously scale down but I always do big meals :P

My absolute go-to is gin & soda (especially on heavy drinking days). I also do gin & whatever diet drink/juice I can get. If there's no soda nor diet mixer, I usually get gin on ice or with tap water lol I really don't care :D We typically drink (heavily) at least every Thursday in uni. I've been an IF'er for years but…

I always check & compare the ice cream tubs (pretty disappointing versus what you can find in the US) but never the rest ! I'll examine that, thanks !

I always track booze but only go by the calories !

I always focus on weekly calories versus daily calories. I aim for a weekly deficit or surplus and YOLO it, just making sure I hit protein minimum daily or almost. And yes, I do weekly banking even with a 2.7-3K maintenance. It's great ! :)

I did 100 g of oats Monday and used a ton of water to make it more voluminous :open_mouth: 60 g is not a lot !

I work at McDonald's (Canada) and the new salads started yesterday. It's not only kale lol ! The base is a mix between romaine lettuce, a spring mix and kale ! The mix-ins are pretty good IMO. The only downsides are the dressings (like usual) that aren't worth the cals IMO so I would just sub them with something low cal…
