Oh, I really like this idea! I feel like I'd be ashamed to have to take a picture of something not really good for me. This would help me stick to choosing better options. I think I may try this myself :)

You look great! I recently fractured the third metatarsal in my foot- I was wondering if you think after it heals this is a good workout to try? I broke my foot from doing too many types of jumping workouts/zumba barefoot on hard wood floors [plus I was out of shape and doing too much too soon].

I'd go to the ER. Believe me, in the scheme of things your health is way more important than medical bills etc. It could be life threatening or debilitating.

Honestly, I'm the same way and the best way for me to deal with it is to do something active. Go for a walk or do a workout dvd. It gets your mind off of it and it kills your appetite. Coffee can also help make you feel full without all the added calories. Try to add a good amount of protein and healthy fats to your diet-…

I just have some diet swiss miss with a small dollop of cool whip. Kills those chocolate cravings. A packet is only 25cals and the cool whip is about 25 as well.
