I just have some diet swiss miss with a small dollop of cool whip. Kills those chocolate cravings. A packet is only 25cals and the cool whip is about 25 as well.0

Greek yoghurt~ measure out 100g, then just add 1tsp of sweetener to make it more dessert-like. Throw in some unsweetened cocoa powder for chocolate pudding, or use honey instead of sweetener for a different taste.0

I take a banana, cut a slice out of the middle, and stuff it with 1tbs chocolate chips and 1/3 cup of mini marshmallows, then wrap in tinfoil and bake for about 15 minutes! It's gooey and warm and really satisfies a sweet tooth for about 230ish calories. It's a good alternative for cold weather when my usual fruit pops won't cut it.0
