What weights are you lifting that get you into the cardio heart range? Like are you juggling dumbbells or something? Just from personal experience, it takes a bit to get into the cardio range, something lifting weights does not do and certainly not for long periods of time where it might count as cardio.

Like when flat earthers calculate the temperature of the sun based on wood burning fires. Cause wood and nuclear reactions are the same?

How thoroughly are you washing it? Cause it’s plastic/metal and your putting water in it, how dirty can it really get? If you are using it regularly the water isn’t sitting in the bottle for long. I don’t use a water bottle normally but I don’t think I would clean it much, maybe run some hot water over/through the mouth…

I don’t get any of these bachelor style shows, they all seem like utter garbage. I would prefer if they played music instead, like the 2am to 6am rage music videos, that was often terrible music with odd video clips but still better than most reality tv.
