I had a foot injury and found some things that I could do-Jessica Smith has one called "40-Minute Seated Chair Cardio and Strength Workout". Pilates mat work is a good idea. You could try searching for barre,Tracy Anderson, or Ballet Beautiful mat work, too.

Try Jessica Smith's YouTube channel. She has good beginner level workouts. Her walks are a really good place to start.

I don't know anything about Zumba but I'll tell you some that I have found and hopefully that will give you some ideas.
