  • Ive had so many conflicting reports on diet coke, i really do not know, but i stopped drinking it for 3 weeks (all soda) and now it just tastes bad (far to sweet). I now drink blackcurrant/lemon and lime concentrate with water.

  • I am using my samsung s2 watch. anything over 10mins its breaks down into distance, time and cals if you believe them

  • Hello Nykkismom, im so sorry to hear about your accident, i hope you are alot better health wise. Walking is doing amazing things for me at the minute, my waist line, my shoulder line, my face all thinned down, calf muscle up, obviously with the help of a calorie deficit.

  • same here, but off for 6 months. Ive started the calories deficit, but due to injuries exercise has been limited, therefore i am simply walking alot, now upto 15000 steps a day. Its actually quite enjoyable

  • not in Birmingham, but not that far away. You should look at the council website for your area and check if they have a gym listed and if they do what classes they run. It will be much much cheaper
