Mariluny, Will eating less calories, between 700 -900 make me gain weight? I am taking multivitamin supplements also. I put on non-calorie dressing. TEDEBEARDUFF, was that comment meant to help me or are u being humorous?

Hello, for the record, I do weigh my food and make sure I am way below my calorie intake for my weight. I also walk for 30 min. a day. This week has not been good, it is depressing as the weight increased three days straight.

I thank everyones input but in my defense for eating less calories, I make up for eating essential Multi Vitamins, Cal-mag, potassium and Omega 3 tablets. No, cathipa, I definitely did not cheat and I weigh everything I eat, I am allowed 2200 and I am consistently staying under 900 everyday. The scale is a tool but obviously very disappointing tool Lizzy662. I just feel very discouraged with this morning results!!!

I feel like giving up, I was 270 when I started on Feb. 21, now 241.2, but again this past week is very disappointing as I know this is the week I made a bigger attempt to lose more than the average a week.
