Therapy is really the only way. Unless you deal with the root of the problem it will always be an issue. Good luck on your journey :)

I’m a toddler mum too! I took up hoola hooping and it’s the BEST fun. I can do it in the backyard while she plays, in the lounge after she’s in bed, and bring it to the park with us while she runs around. So versatile and really quite a good workout!

Discovering hoola hooping has been the best thing for me. I love it and can easily spend 30-60 minutes playing around without even realising I’ve technically done a workout. There are so many tutorials on YouTube to teach you different moves and tricks that work out different parts of your body.

I don't have much advice except that I was the same when I first started trying to maintain, I was terrified of gaining anything back at all. I started with 1 extra thing per week. For 1 week, each day I always had 1 piece of bread over my calorie allowance toasted for breakfast. The next week, 1 extra piece of bread and…

I used to do it but the dinners are so high in sodium it made me swell up like crazy and feel really disgusting. Shame because the dinners are really yum! Just watch out if you a prone to high-blood pressure because the sodium is nuts.

I'm already a nut :P

I'm not asking CAN you be a vegan without eating nuts. I am asking, considering the majority of vegan recipes I've ever read contained nuts, how do nut free vegans manage their lifestyle and allergy.

If I had my own farm and knew the treatment of the animals providing the milk and eggs, I would definitely become a vegetarian, however unfortunately it is impossible to really know how the animals and animal products you buy in supermarkets have been treated, which makes me lean more towards veganism. I am slowly cutting…

No. I would never eat a dog. I don't really ever want to eat another animal, hence my question

I'm also allergic to peanuts, however will definitely have to become more familiar with the seeds of the world!

Mochas (now I only have 1 a month as an EOM treat) Sugar in my tea/coffee Pasta (since I've discovered zuchinni noodles I don't even miss it though) White rice White potato Milk (except for that once a month mocha) Cereal (the ones I like are too sugary and the ones that are okay taste like cardboard)

I can fit into my skinny jeans!

Even at my thinnest (BMI 19) I still had a bit of a pouch until I started to eat little/no processed sugar. That may just be my body though :)

Grrrrrrr, are you serious? 50% of the reason I just dropped my hard earned $$$ on the A300 is because the polar website boasts it syncs with MFP. Not happy at all.

Don't eat back the calories, the deficit you're creating is what will help you lose weight. When you're trying to maintain you can eat them back.
