Hi Michele, congratulations on the 56lbs! Your post made me smile, as it reminded me of silly things I tried to lose the baby weight after my first. Hey, the best advice I can give you is to try to focus on making healthy things you enjoy! Steamed veg and plain chicken may work for some, but in m y experience it really doesn't work for the majority of my clients... We bought one a couple of years ago and to be honest it is pretty decent. Ive got young kids so its super to help with quick meals at the weekends. With that said, I can't say i use it regularly as I tend to cook fresh meals daily.

Try frozen fruit and veg! Often under appreciated and last longer! Try buying protein from a bigger place like Costco...or a butcher! Tends to be cheaper too! Lots of root veg tends to be cheap and can help make great soups...cheap and warming meals
