Hey, my name is Claire and I’m a PT based in the UK.
I joined MFP a few years ago to help me support my clients with their nutrition and with time also realised I could help others...and have loved doing so.
I’ve recently got a bit more spare time on my hands because I’ve had to cut down the classes I teach and focus solely on PT due to being pregnant again!
We used to have a mentoring system on here and I’d always try and help a few people on there and so I just thought I’d post and see if there were people who would like some help and support with their health and fitness journey.
So if you feel you would like an MFP friend who can motivate and support you...feel free to drop me a message!
Good luck to you all

Why not reply publicly for all to see and learn from?
There are some very knowledgable people on these boards and if you contribute publicly you will get the opportunity to further your own knowledge and not just share what you may already know.
What specific qualifications do you have? REPS level 3 perhaps?
Both PT and nutrition or just PT qualifications?
Specific areas of knowledge / interest?
In case you wonder, many PTs have joined this site over the years and your motives will be questioned, that's no reflection on your intentions but quite frankly some of your predecessors on here give personal trainers in general an awful reputation!6
