I am 37year old mother of 2. Doing low carbs after an unsuccessful rny gastric bypass. Down 47lbs so far but have caught myself getting off track would like to have a mentor with a Lot of patience lol

I don’t know about you. But I think sometimes the hardest part about eating is having a good relationship with food. Which takes time and can be frustrating when you get off track. Just keep making an effort and recognize when you get off track.0

Weight loss is a bit of a roller coaster, there are ups and downs. The positive thing is that you're noticing slips that you're making so it's easier to correct. Feel free to add me if you want!0
