Thank you for the feedback Shadow. I need to learn to recognize my triggers and deal with them in better ways. I'll give some thought as to outlets for me to do so. I appreciate the perspective.

I love rice cakes. They come in so many different flavors and are low calorie, and cheap. Also, nuts/fruit keeping it simple. A lot is in season right now, so they won't cost a ton.

Thanks for the support and encouragement everyone. I have added you guys! You are right about the weight lifting the only mistake is not trying. I will do some research and start with tomorrows work out.

Hey Zipa, thank you so much for that. Its easy to get down on yourself, or lessen your accomplishments. I have been working out, but its not the easiest thing being 335lbs. I go for walks, use the treadmill or do Leslie Sansone DVDs. I would like to get into weight lifting but am a bit intimidated by it. I added you!

Late to the thread, but here to lose! I have lost almost 60lbs last year and I am looking to lose another 96 this year. Currently I am 335.6, but I used to be almost 400. Really looking for friends who are supportive and active!

Thanks Ryan! I know its a long process but I am motivated and even though last year I only lost 64lbs its 64lbs less than I was so I'm going to count that as a success! I am hoping to lose steadily at 2lbs a week for the next year to mark another 96 off.
