I have been tested once, wasn't like a full body fat test, but it was one of those weird meter things that measures how your water moves through you. But, I was at 22%. I am trying to definitely get down farther than that.

23 Is still a healthy BMI though. The reason I weigh 127 for my heigth is because I lift weights. I do not plan on losing my muscle anytime soon. But I do thank you for your input. My goal Isn't to lose weight. But to just make everything really toned.

Wow I feel like an idiot lol. I didn't even realise I said my stomach went past my belly. I swear I was typing boobs. Yes I meant boobs. I have had people even say only a pregnant woman should have a belly that is bigger than their boobs. I mean mine isnt like huge or anything. But I see it as bad. It's an annoying problem…

I dont have to be in a combat MOS in order to do a lot of work. Thing is I hate when people say "just eat less". Because thats seriously not healthy.

I feel like I can relate to this so much! I used to be really thing and eat everything and never gain and i was skinny fat and probably unhealthy too and then I gained 20 in like 3 months! Learning to love my body and get it back down sure has been difficult! I also always have cravings! even when it is a really good day…

I am 126 now but I really want to be at 155 so 11 Lbs. Seems so far away! Or have my weight stay the same and it just be muscle not fat

the BMI charts aren't always right though. I am rather thin and yet the BMI says I am a "heavy range weight" Its wrong. Ask your doctor.
