I am in the military so I March everywhere and am on my feet a lot. Is the chubbiness normal? I just need help and support. What do I do? I Always feel gross.

Eat at a small deficit to lose fat with minimal muscle loss.0

Your stats are at the higher end of normal, so a modest calorie deficit (~250/day below your TDEE) would put you on track to lose 1/2 lb / week.
You can also look into a body recomposition plan. You would be eating at or a little above your TDEE maintenance level, and lifting.

Are you full time military?
Are you in a combat MOS where you have to run 4 to 6 miles every morning?0 -
I dont have to be in a combat MOS in order to do a lot of work. Thing is I hate when people say "just eat less". Because thats seriously not healthy.

How muscular is decently muscular? Your weight is at the high range of weight for your height, and from your picture, it doesn't look like the extra weight is from muscle mass.
We get that your caloric needs are higher because of your activity levels, but you're not happy with your body.
You have two options. You could calculate your caloric needs and eat at a very slight deficit (250 calories a day is not much) which would not strip your energy levels, but would allow you to slowly lose body fat while also leaving you with enough food intake to fuel your activity level.
OR
You could keep up your current food intake and start a progressive lifting program with a goal towards body recomposition.
Your choice.0 -
While taking into account that recomposition is a very slow and potentially frustrating approach, often without obvious signs of success for long stretches of time.0
