2/7 Track - yes Calories - over Exercise - yes, walk w the doggies AND four hours of shoveling. We dug up a 40 foot long concrete pipe connected to the bathroom. It was 4.5 feet deep. I hurt right now.. I was glad for the company today! They helped! It would have taken me three days to do solo.

2/5 Track - yes Calories - over Excersise - yes I didn’t reach my goal that I set last night for today. I had/have a surprise visitor, which changed my plans for the next few days. I’ll be entertaining guests until Friday. I’m gonna try to sneak away tomorrow for a gym session. Great job everyone!

Hi, I'm trying to loose 30lbs too. I've never lost that much weight before but I've gained it. This is my first time doing any kind of calorie counting, I think I'm on day 10 about. I thought reaching out might make me more accountable for my calorie intake and also keep me motivated. Good luck to you! Lets me friends!
