Q of the week: I love biking - indoors or outdoors.
I also have a weird love of planks - I think it's because I was so bad at them when I started but I soon saw progress and can do nearly a minute now.
I dislike every other cardio machine in the gym except the rower and the bike.0 -
@WA_Teacher Woo! 5th graders and snow....I think that it would have been snow science day-states of matter and snowflake formation/weather properties day....you know....so the teacher can play in the snow too!

Daily goal: Acquire that wardrobe that leads to Narnia for extra storage space. Tomorrow-is coming!

Calories: under if I use just 25 of my exercise calories-which I certainly deserve. I hit 12000 steps today -shoveled snow -did an intense workout at the gym
Upholstered half a chair. Finished some quotes and finished up the evening weaving a few inches on my loom. Oh yes, I finally got over to my Dads to help him with a minor computer problem
Feeling accomplished.
Still haven’t called that friend. Tomorrow is another day.

Holy Moly! Well, first of all, I would/could never do those. I would never want to. So, besides hating to do those, I don't like anything Pilates, like planks.0 -
