    It was a stressful day. My area got hit with a lot of snow last night but not enough to close school. It's hell trying to keep 5th grades focused on ANYTHING when there's snowballs to be made and thrown. :#

    I was a bit under the weather today and didn’t sleep well last night. So instead of going to the gym I took a really long nap.

    Goals - I’m still feeling my last workout. My body is sore! My goal for tomorrow is to get two hours of exercise.

    @WA_Teacher Woo! 5th graders and snow....I think that it would have been snow science day-states of matter and snowflake formation/weather properties day....you know....so the teacher can play in the snow too!

    @12774 Try drinking a lot of water. Super bowl food is super salty. There are a lot of people that have that same feeling today.

    My new scale is going back today. This was weighing fully dressed with shoes and after breakfast and a drink on the BP tank scale at work. I'll have to figure out what to do with my start weight once I get a scale that works so that it is not an unfair advantage.
