Fruit is a huge part of my day as well, banana, berry and yoghurt smoothies for breakfast. A piece or two always with lunch. Something else in the afternoon... I like fruit!

I don't go to the gym but am signing up in a few months so I am happy to see this. I do have an elliptical at home though and felt like this tonight. Once I had finished I felt amazing!

Im still not done but I am at 1240 at the moment. Weigh in tomorrow, have logged everything. Walked daily, used the elliptical a few times this week. Increased my step goal to 25K and reached it eveyday except today, 20K and its Sunday. Feeling confident and happy.

Plan meals ahead, keep water near you at all times, whenever you crave something drink, drink, drink! Get rid of all the crap unhealthy food out of your house, you do not need it. You are not crazy. I try to walk 2-3 times a day. Its my main form of exercise until I can join a gym in a few months. I walk everywhere and aim for over 10km/6.2 miles a day. Dont give up! Add me if you;d like :)
