  • Thank you, I wasn't sick as such - i.e. no fever just simple cold and congestion but there is no way I could have gone to gym with respiratory issues. I do not want to stop my current regime (at least not until I reach my initial goal) but spirit is bit dented to see that I found this so difficult - I'll give it a try…
  • Thank you everyone, some very useful suggestions. It is upper respiratory issues and although it is much better not completely gone yet. I agree with little walks and was thinking of it but it is cold outside and I did not wanted to make it worse - certainly not while it isn't fully gone. Can't wait for it to end so can go…
  • Forgot to add - I do at least 4 sets of all exercises mentioned.
  • Here is what I do - 1a. Squats 1b. Leg Curls 2a. Reverse Sled Drag (4 meters) - I use reverse cross-trainer at max level when the gym gets too busy which is often on the times that I go 2b.
