eggs, light mayo for some fat, on whole wheat. I make egg salad with just some salt, pepper and a little pickle juice and mayo. Turkey slices also stays with me. I was introduced to Farro grain. It is very good, calories similar to brown rice. I like it better than brown rice

I know this thread goes back to 2015, but it is so inspirational!! I just started on my latest weight loss journey in January, and I and my husband are doing this together. We both have both lost about 23 lbs so far, but have about 70 lbs each that we need to lose.

Use Eggland brand. I find that they will peel the easiest.
