Me too! And it hurts so much. I lost 40 lbs and gained all back. Starting back again bc I think if I don't I will continue to gain and gain and gain. Oh did I mention that I have a sweet tooth now?

Someone told me that if u can do a low carb week it will knock u off plateau. That is only 20 grams a day

I pound the breasts thin then sautée in Pam/olive oil. Take chicken out of pan and add 1/4 cup of sugar-free raspberry jam and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar to pan. Use spatula to mix for 2 minutes. Reheat chicken in sauce and serve. It is yummy and easy. Can substitute maple syrup for the jam

I mix mustard, lemon juice, bit of honey onto skinless chicken thighs. Roll in panko crumbs and base 25 min at 350. The thighs are better than the wings.
