Morning:) 219.2 I have stayed the same this week, which I am happy about as I have done 0 exercises because of this head cold. So this is my starting weight for this week.

i do like to walk - I was looking last night, I think I am going to try some weight lifting and get some of the bigger muscles working. Also, I am starting aqua fit tonight - so my preference may change over the next little while:)

Hi, just returning to MFP after a 2 year "lets ignore this issue" break. So starting from scratch. I am 48 and looking for motivational/challenging support. oh and if you know how to edit the pics i would greatly appreciate any help.

Hi, 48 just returning to my fit pal as ignoring the issue for 2 years has not been successful and I just do not feel well so i need to do something about it. Oh and if you can help me edit my picture that would be great - i cannot figure out how to spin it.
