aboslutley it gets easier. But if your like me once it feels easy you need to do more weight or longer time to make it harder again. If exercise was easy everyone would do it

Happens to me too, i dont know if its harmful or not but if the sound really bugs you do lunges instead, it works the same muscles but for me minus the clicking

personally i think 104 is not a healthy weight for me not that i care, for heavens sake id throw up until i was throwing up blood to get to 104 but it was such an amaziing feeling to be that once in my life, i still want to be to 104 but through healthy eating not starving, overexercise or bulemia

im 5'2, yes 104 was very thin but for the first time in my life i felt i liked my body which is a huge thing to say because i hated it since gr 6 i am also a recovering bulemic

no actually i dont wonder why i was pretty sure i would gain it back i was fishing on a boat and on the boat i loose appetiet i was only off it for a month in the middle of 3 months and i still felt sick

High fibre/protien diets are the most successful because they work together. Fibre slows digestion because its hard to break down (hence fibre keeps you full) and protien burns the most calories to digest. Basically you are burning tons of calories with protien at a slowed rate to keep you full. However, dont cut out fats…
