If you feel like you are getting more results on your tris and shoulders you may be bringing the bar down too far up on your chest. Pinch your shoulder blades and bring the bar down at or just below your nipples. Also don't flare your arms out.

If you struggle with eating too many sweets you should try to cut them out of your diet completely. That way you eventually won't get crazy cravings for sweets. If anything eat some fruit instead.

Thanks for the feedback everybody. I was just trying to get an idea how long it usually takes to get keto adapted. I'm hoping it's soon. I'm excited get to the point where I'm feeling more energetic and a little more clear minded.

I don't see why not. I don't even take 3 a day like it says to. If I take 2 in the am it's to much. I hate feeling jittery.

Do you plan on cycling off for a couple weeks every couple months?

I've been taking super hd for the last 2 months and have been dropping about 3 lbs a week. I think the fact I went on a ketogenic diet is where most of my weight loss came from but the super hd definitely helped with energy and helped suppress my appetite.
