Yes, I am a girl. And My cycles been kinda off so that could be bloating, or the water retention due to the new workout. Thanks!

Yea I did read the booklet but I guess I missed that part. And I know I shouldn't be measuring every week but sometimes I just can't help it... I'll try harder this time to only measure per month
